a very upsetting way to start the day

I get to work and take care of the kennel every morning. well this morning i was walking the dogs and 1 hour after i got to work there was a dead little baby puppy inside this little yorkies kennel. i don't think a dog has every given puppies in the kennel since i've worked here. :(
