I have just completed one of the hardest things i've done and i love it.
It's Hot Yoga. It feels like you are sweating out your insides, even my eyes feel good.
Ryan came with me and he almost passed out. I how ever did loose it and just layed on the ground for 45 minutes of my 90 minute set. I really did enjoy being there :) and now i feell good i'm not tired, my muscles are, but my body isn't. i haven't felt like this in a long time.
Thing to remember for next time wear shorts and sports bra. bring a change of clothing and an all around good feeling.
Try hot yoga it is great.
